We are a school-year program, operating from September through June, and we generally follow the Wayland Public School calendar.

Observed Holidays are: Labor Day, Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Indigenous People’s Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving recess, Christmas/New Year recess, Martin Luther Kind Day, President’s Day/February vacation week, Good Friday, April vacation week, and Memorial Day.

In some years, the school is required to close one additional week (usually mid-April) for the First Parish Church annual rummage sale event. Wayland Creative Preschool is not affiliated with the First Parish Church and accepts families of any or no religion.
